Diet and Health

As we know, the ideal weight are Height - 110 = ideal weight. But the problem is some people are difficult to control their lifestyle especially food and drinks. While a group of person try to do tight diet, they achieve their goals but for some other reason, their health is getting worse because reduce the portion of nutrients that are eaten.


But i think, the ideal way to diet are burn the fat and cleanse the toxins in our body. A lot of toxins came to our body by air and foods and also fats. It was difficult to throw fats and toxins out of our body because we put it in every time, but keep your eyes open to read a brilliant info for diet and health.
